A dapper scent inspired by the workrooms of Savile Row. Cardamon and leather scent every thread, steam and lavender irons out the creases. Sharp as a suit, vanilla cuts a classic silhouette with tonka bean.
I wore this to a wedding last weekend and the lavender-soft opening smoothed into a warm leather and vanilla base that lasted well past midnight. The tonka gives it a polished, almost powdery finish that reminds me of a freshly pressed suit.
The cardamom hits first, sharp and green, then the leather and lavender settle in like a well-worn jacket. I get a solid six hours before the vanilla and tonka soften it into something almost cozy. This is the first fragrance that's made me feel properly dressed without a suit on.
I sprayed this on before a wedding and the cardamom and leather combo lasted through dinner without shouting over the food. It's sharp but not cold, like a well-fitted suit you forget you're wearing. The vanilla at the dry-down is what sold me.
