The black rose really comes alive after the spice settles—it's like the scent deepens as the night goes on. I've worn it on long evening walks and kept catching that mysterious oud lingering on my collar hours later.
The oud and grapefruit hit first—sharp, then smoky—and the black rose keeps it from feeling too heavy. I've worn it on long evenings and it stays close to the skin all night without turning harsh. This one's for slow, moonlit walks, not offices.
It’s a dense, brooding scent that definitely leans evening—the Levantine spice keeps the grapefruit from going too sweet, and the oud lingers for hours on my coat. I just wish the dry-down were a touch lighter for daytime wear, but for its stated mood, it nails it.
